Past Refresher Course students have said…

It was SO GOOD! I learned more in that 90 minutes than I did in the entire “birth” course I took with my first baby.
— S. Mother of 2

My 3rd birth (on paper) was the longest and had the most medical intervention - yet it didn’t phase me for a minute. Ella gave me and my husband tools to help us make decisions all the way through. We stayed calm, we felt in control and stayed in a secure, safe space. The entire labor and birth, though intense and exhausting, actually brought us closer to each other, and empowered us as parents and individuals.
